  • We will take the time to listen to your unique situation and ask you a few questions that allow us to understand your needs better. People transition to senior living for a variety of reasons, and we want to understand yours fully.

  • Based on our questions and the preferences you share, we provide you with information, pricing, availability, etc., on 2-3 different options

  • We can do this by phone or in the comfort of your home.

  • We’ve visited the communities and gathered pertinent information to determine which community best meets your needs. Our operational and clinical experience in senior living gives us an advantage because we know what a great community looks like and will be transparent in sharing the positives and opportunities in each location. 

  • Once we have reviewed those options together, we will set up in-person or virtual tours of the communities you selected.  Tours provide an extraordinary glimpse into what the community’s daily life is like and allow you to meet the community teams, see the amenities, and get a feel for the community atmosphere.

  • Upon making a decision, we help walk you through what is needed to ensure a successful transition. 

  • On moving day, we offer to accompany you to the community and assist you in getting settled in, meeting the staff, and getting familiar with your new home.

Continuing Support

  • After moving in, we continue to stay in touch with you to ensure you are satisfied with your decision.  If you have concerns, we welcome you to let us know. We work closely with the communities and help ensure you’re happy.
